GME Program Directors (PDs) are critical to the overall success of the Mass General Brigham education mission, ensuring the quality of resident and fellow education and overseeing trainee well-being.
With oversight and direction from the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational and financial management of the accredited/nonaccredited residency/fellowship training program.
