New Innovations Access and Login
Users can log into New Innovation (NI) multiple ways from a computer or mobile device.
Log into New Innovations (NI) from a computer four ways:
- If you are on a Windows-based computer on the MGB network, click the Microsoft icon in the bottom left corner of your screen > click Applications > click New Innovations.
- If you are on any computer on the MGB network, use your browser to go to https://workspace.partners.org/Citrix/UniversalWeb/ and click on the “APPS” icon at the top of the page. This will display a list, with icons, of all the MGB applications to which you have access. Find and click “New Innovations”. You can add “New Innovations” to your Favorites by clicking the star icon.
- Use an Internet browser to navigate to http://www.new-innov.com/login/login.aspx and supply your institution (Mass General Brigham - MGB), your New Innovations username and your New Innovations password. Both your username and your password are case-sensitive; the institution is not. If you are a new user, use the password emailed to you from New Innovations. If you have simply forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password?
- Many emails from New Innovations contain a click here link which you can click to be logged in automatically. The first time you use such a link and, after changing your password, you will need to supply your username and password.
Log into NI’s web site from a mobile device such as your smart phone. To login,
- Use your device’s web browser to navigate to https://www.new-innov.com. The NI website recognizes that you are on a phone and launches the mobile interface.
- Tap the symbol in the top right of your screen that looks like 3 horizontal bars and then tap “Login” and supply your institution (Mass General Brigham - MGB), NI username, and NI password.
Log in using NI’s mobile app.
- If you have NI’s mobile app installed, log in using your institution (Partners), your username and password.
When your new account is created and you log in the first time, you will be required to
- Change your temporary password
- Confirm your email address so that you can access NI’s Knowledge Base. To confirm your email, place your cursor over Help, verify your email address, and click Save. You will be sent an email with a link to click to confirm your email address.
