Help Desk staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can also find a list of phone numbers for all hospitals on the Help Desk Self-Service website.
Residents and fellows are given a Mass General Brigham e-mail account. To access your account, you can use Microsoft Outlook on a Partners Workstation, or you can access your email account remotely through the internet at http://www.partners.org/email. Although the amount of email you can store is currently limited, Mass General Brigham is in the process or lifting those restrictions.

VPN access to Mass General Brigham applications from off-site is available to all staff via AnyConnect VPN.
