Carole Bradford, Vice President of Human Resources for PCPO
Carole Bradford currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Partners Community Physicians Organization. In this role, Carole’s focus is helping to accelerate PCPO’s transformation through leadership, strategy, creative talent models, attracting and developing the best and brightest talent. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, human resource management systems. Throughout her career, she has proven to be a business leader who understands the business imperatives, builds strong partnerships to shape enterprise-wide strategy, while implementing best-in-class human resource solutions to deliver on those goals.
Prior to her role at Partners, she held several leadership positions at Sun Life of Canada in Wellesley Hills, most recently the Human Resources Officer as well as roles at Blue Cross of Massachusetts and New England Life.
Carole holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheaton College in Economics with a Management Minor as well as several industry certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) and Senior Certified Professional (S-CP) from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
