And while our opportunities offer all the variety and flexibility of temporary jobs, Bulfinch temporary assignments are also a great way to gain experience in health care and position yourself for future full-time employment at our hospitals and affiliates. In fact, when a Bulfinch Temp is hired into a full-time role, their time as a Bulfinch Temp counts towards their eligibility for certain benefits.
Bulfinch offers temporary jobs for individuals, including assistants/secretaries, allied health professionals, medical assistants, nurses, environmental services, drivers, and more.
Hiring Process
Screening, Interviews, and Training
If you are selected after you apply, a Staffing Specialist will:
Conduct a phone screen with you
Invite you to an interview
Bulfinch Temps are employees of Massachusetts General Hospital/Mass General Brigham and receive the same screening as any prospective candidate; an offer of employment is contingent on:
Favorable references
Cleared background checks
Prior to your first day of employment, you'll also be required to complete:

Screening to verify current immunization records

The Staffing Specialist who interviews you will ask you questions about your skills and your preferences regarding temporary assignments. A profile is then created which will be used to match you to suitable temporary jobs as they arise. The more flexible you are, the more opportunities you will have!
