Partners vendors are encouraged to read the Partners Ethical
Standards booklet to familiarize themselves with some of the
rules we have adopted to promote business integrity. The booklet
also includes information on using the Partners Compliance
HelpLine (1-800-856-1983). Our vendors are strongly encouraged
to use the HelpLine to report any wrongdoing that they believe
they have observed. The report will be communicated to the
Partners Compliance and Business Integrity Department for
investigation.

Partners has adopted a Fraud
and Abuse Reporting Policy to encourage all employees
and agents to report wrongdoing and to reiterate our longstanding
commitment to protecting those who report problems from retaliation.
