DNA Sequencing Core

Core Summary:

The DNA Sequencing Core offers sequencing service in a timely, economical, and reliable
manner. Results are made available to you over the internet as text-only files and
chromatogram files which contain the fluorescent dye peaks the sequencer uses to determine
base calls.

Services:

Sequencing of DNA using Applied Biosystems Taq DyeDeoxy Terminator cycle sequencing
kits which utilize a fluorescently-labeled dideoxy-nucleotide chain termination method.
Purification of plasmid DNA with Qiagen R.E.A.L. or Turbo Preps.

bar-coded submission sheet to include with your sample.
