MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL HOSPITAL

The Massachusetts General Hospital is the third oldest general hospital in the United States. It was chartered in 1811 and admitted its first patients in 1821. MGH is the largest of the teaching hospitals affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
