| Mail Services BWH 617-732-6451 option 3 The BWH Mailroom is open 8 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday. All House Officers are assigned their own mailbox and pick-up their own mail. The Mailroom will page you if you have any express mail. When a change in your address occurs contact Office Services Manager,Ann E. Haley at 26451 option 4 or e-mail Ann at AHaley@partners.org We also provide Audiovisual Services, which can be arranged by calling x33943. MGH 617-726-2261 The MGH Mailroom is open 8 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday. Limited service is available Saturday 7 am - noon. In Charlestown, the Mail Services Department is open weekdays 8 am –4:30 pm. All Medicine, Surgery, Pediatric, Neurosurgery and Medicine-Pediatrics residents are assigned their own mailbox. If your address changes contact Jim Burns at 726-4368. |
