BWH
BWH and Dana-Farber patient representatives work together to share information and help patients communicate concerns, complaints, suggestions or compliments regarding their hospitalizations. Inpatients may call 617-732-6636; medical oncology outpatients should call 617-632-3417.


MGH
The Office of Patient advocacy is responsible for managing the hospital’s patient complaint process. Patient Advocates serve as liaisons between patients and the hospital and are available whenever you need assistance. All MGH staff (physicians included) are encouraged to call the Office of Patient Advocacy for assistance with patient issues.

The office is located in the lobby of the Wang Ambulatory Care Center, Room 18. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm excluding holidays.

You may call 617-726-3370 for assistance. In addition, Notary Public Services are available, through this office.
