The Partners Office for Women's Careers was established to
facilitate the career advancement and enhance the career satisfaction
of the women faculty. The goal of the program is to improve the retention
and promotion of women faculty and to increase the number of women
applying for and receiving grants. This involves identifying opportunities
for advancement and funding, addressing career obstacles and implementing
interventions that will assist women in their development and advancement.
The Office for Women's Careers provides programming, professional
and leadership training and educational opportunities to enhance morale
and productivity for faculty members at all levels and across all
specialty areas.
The Office for Women's Careers works closely with Harvard Medical
School and can provide referrals to those more expert in a specific
concern and can assist in gathering additional information on your
behalf.
