Access to the Partners Network requires a logon ID and password. When hired,
Partners employees are issued both as part of the orientation process. Non-Partners
research collaborators and outside vendors needing access must contact the designated
"keygiver" for their department.
To find your keygiver:
1. GO > Help Desk website (internal only)
2. SELECT > Computer Help Desk > Who is
My Keygiver

3. CLICK > your institution's abbreviation

4. Find your department and its keygiver.
5. Contact the keygiver and request the logon ID and password.
* If you cannot find your department on the list, contact
us at Partners Research Computing.
If you need a logon ID and password and also require remote access, you can
apply for both via the process just described.
MGH/BWH/DFCI employees can also apply for Remote Access online. (internal only)
