Terminate your job on cluster

Find the JOB_ID:

[testy@n137 ]$ bjobs
JOBID USER STAT QUEUE FROM_HOST EXEC_HOST JOB_NAME SUBMIT_TIME
667988 testy PEND private n63 gethosts Aug 31 09:47

Kill the job by using the "bkill" command. The bkill command is usually used to kill a running, pending or suspended job. More precisely, bkill causes LSF to send SIGINT and SIGTERM to a job to give it a chance to clean up, then LSF sends SIGKILL to kill the job.

You can only kill your own jobs
[testy@n137 iotest]$ bkill 667988
Job <667988> is being terminated

If you want to kill all your jobs, use argument "-u" and your username with "0" at the end of command
[testy@n137 iotest]$ bkill -u testy 0
Job <667988> is being terminated
Job <667989> is being terminated
Job <667990> is being terminated
