Good Practices when Storing MS Access .db's
on Partners Shared or Dedicated File Areas (sfa - dfa)

- Keep track of space available in your sfa/dfa. The keygivers for your sfa/dfa will receive an email notice when it's at 75% capacity; act on that and request more space or clear out files you don't need. Data corruption may result if you wait until 90% > full capacity.

- Save and close your Access .db's when done for the day, if not, they won’t be backed-up by the Partners server team. The backup system skips files that are open even if your PC is "sleeping".
