FAQs

Q: How can I be certain that CVs are valid?

Ensure that each staff member signs and dates his/her CV.

Q: How often should CVs be updated?

The QI Program recommends updating CVs every two years so that these documents reflect each staff member's titles, publications, and qualifications during the study period, from inception to completion.

Q: My Department keeps CVs in central administrative files. Am I required to keep separate copies in the Regulatory Binder?

No. If CVs are filed collectively for the department, it is sufficient to write a signed and dated note-to-file indicating the location.
