Lucy Feild, Senior QA/QI Analyst, is responsible for improving existing QI Program activities and identifying new QI services through analyzing data collected from various QI projects. She also assists other QA/QI specialists in conducting on-site reviews, and consults with study sites regarding regulatory requirements and institutional policies that govern human research. In addition, she serves as co-chair of the BWH IRB Panel B (Continuing Review). Her research interests concern end-of life treatment preferences and outcomes. She has also held a variety of nursing positions at BWH, including nurse researcher in the Center for Excellence in Nursing Practice.
