Shuttle departs from the Yawkey Building, Wang Entrance, Charles St. Station (Red Line), Cox Building, MGH Jackson Entrance, Staniford St. (entrance to Charles river Plaza), and across the street from 25 New Chardon (at traffic signal). Shuttle departs each stop approximately every 25 minutes. Departure times are subject to traffic and weather conditions.

The shuttle operates continuously between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
