Clinical Project Development
Partners will partly or completely manage projects to plan, develop, reorganize or upgrade the clinical areas within health facilities or programs. Typically, Partners will locate a Project Manager and possibly a Project Team on-site to provide day-to-day management to the client organization. Clinical Project Development is usually undertaken on a fee-for-service basis, but differs from purely consultative assignments in that the agreement may also call for co-branding and possibly the subsequent management of the facility or program by Partners.
Facility Management
Partners
will manage the administrative and clinical services of a health facility
such as a hospital or clinic. Typically, Partners will assign and/or recruit
a team of physicians, clinical staff and administrators to serve as senior
level management of the facility. Partners will manage but usually not
employ the junior staff of the facility. Facility (or program) management
services are compensated primarily through a management fee, usually based
on an agreed percentage of the operating cost of the facility. While "brand
equity" can be included in the contractual value rendered to clients,
Partners does not provide investment capital or assume ownership interests
in health concerns outside the United States.
These two service offerings can be combined in situations where the client wishes to obtain administrative training for staff, as well as the services of Partners in planning and managing facilities or programs. Partners will work with you to determine the best solution to your management needs.
