Our Programs
Partners HealthCare International develops programs to support the efforts of organizations committed to excellence in health care delivery, health professional education, and research. Our vision is to create collaborations that provide a platform for knowledge exchange and transfer, capacity building, and innovation. Whether contributing to the development of a new medical school or hospital, or designing and delivering programs to enhance professional development, leadership, or health systems, PHI assists partnering institutions with creating an appropriate long-term strategy to meet their objectives, and we work with them to assemble the right professional expertise and activities to achieve these goals. In all programs we strive to achieve the following:
- Develop solutions that achieve the best integration of international best practice with our partner's environmental, regulatory, and financial realities
- Support knowledge transfer to our partner's colleagues in order to build local capacity and sustainability
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance our partner's performance, sustainability, competitive positioning, and community impact

We work to co-develop and implement strategic plans, models, and concepts geared around positioning these organizations to lead complex project developments.
We help our partners take a long-term approach that considers emerging trends in health care delivery and education, changing technology, and shifting demographics.
We create leadership development and education programs which are customized to address the institution’s current and future challenges.
We provide leadership teams with the tools to take their institutions to the next leve while continuing to fulfill the day-to-day mission.
