Frank Y. Chang, MSE - Software Engineer
Frank Chang is a software engineer in the Clinical Informatics Research & Development group at Partners HealthCare System. Frank holds a M.S.E. in Software Engineering from Seattle University. Prior to joining Partners, he worked in the Web engineering department at Molecular Inc., and the Information Delivery Systems group for Thomson & Thomson. Frank’s current areas of interest include the Controlled Medical Terminology, Wireless handheld, Natural Language Processing, and Digital Pen technology for the ambulatory electronic medical record systems and clinical database management system.
