Chris Attaya, President & CEO, Partners Home Care

Chris Attaya is the president for Partners Home Care (PHC).  This $74 million home health care organization serves eastern Massachusetts and includes certified, private duty, hospice and Lifeline services.  Under his administration, 1200 employees provide home care services to more than 4000 patients each day, and make more than 400,000 home visits each year.

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in health care finance, strategic planning and information systems.  He began his tenure with Partners Home Care as its Chief Financial Officer in 2001.  His management of PHC’s financial performance has lead to progressively improved profitability over the past five years.  He also oversees the organization’s information systems and facilities.  Through his leadership role in PHC’s strategic planning and business development, the organization has successfully expanded its private and hospice services.

Before joining PHC, Chris was a Senior Manager for Simione Central Consulting where he served as an advisor to a number of home care agencies in New England.  He also held financial positions for All Care VNA, the Visiting Nurse Affiliates of Cambridge and the VNA of Greater Salem.

Chris is on the Advisory Board of the National Association of Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association and serves on the Finance Committee of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. He received his masters in business administration from Boston University and his undergraduate degree in public health from Tufts University.
