David E. Storto, President, Partners Continuing Care & VP of Non-Acute Care Services for Partners HealthCare

Mr. Storto is the President of Partners Continuing Care, Inc., and the Vice President of Non-Acute Care Services for Partners HealthCare System ("Partners") and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network ("Spaulding), as well its flagship facility Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. He was the founding President of Partners Home Care ("PHC"). He is also Chairman of the PHC Board of Trustees, and a Board member of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Shaughnessy Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital, The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands, and the Massachusetts General Hospital Health Services Corporation. Since 1997, Mr Storto has been a member of the Specialty Hospital CEO Group of the Massachusetts Hospital Association.

Prior to Joining Partners in November 1997, Mr Storto was the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago ("RIC"). Mr Storto served in numerous capacities during his eighteen years at RIC, becoming an authority in operational management, program development and strategic planning in rehabilitation facilities.

Mr Storto received his Juris Doctor from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He received his Undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Masters Degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
