Partners Community Healthcare is affiliated with more than 1,000 internists, pediatricians and family practice physicians and over 3,500 specialists who provide care to more than 1.5 million patients.
Partners operates, or is affiliated with, a total of 21 community health centers (CHCs), and nearly 200,000 CHC patients have access to Partners hospitals each year.
