As part of our commitment to advancing health care, Partners Career and Workforce Development (PCWD) seeks to assure a permanent pipeline of qualified caregivers to fill current and future workforce needs across the Partners system. Our mission is to reach youth, community residents and incumbent workers to help them explore and pursue health care careers and, once hired within Partners, to broaden their skills and continue to grow personally and professionally,
