Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. (PCHI) was established in 1994, shortly after the creation of Partners HealthCare System. PCHI is affiliated with more than 1,100 internists, pediatricians and family practice physicians and nearly 4,500 specialists who provide care to more than 1.5 million patients.
To develop and integrate this diverse network of physicians and hospitals, PCHI established a management services organization that provides the physicians with medical management services, quality improvement programs, data analysis, contracting, information systems and financial expertise. In all of these endeavors, PCHI is committed to enhancing both the physician-patient relationship and the physician experience through innovation in medical practice and collaboration among physicians and our renowned medical centers in pursuit of excellence.

PCHI's main office in Needham, MA is small and friendly -- about 140 employees. With our small team and big Partners affiliation, we think we have the best of both worlds!

PCHI has another 1400 clinical and non-clinical employees who work directly for our affiliated medical practices. These practices provide high-quality, comprehensive care in communities across Eastern Massachusetts.
Cape Ann Medical Center and Cape Ann Pediatrics provide primary care and specialty care in their Gloucester locations.
Compass Medical, PC offers primary care and specialty care services at offices in Abington, Braintree, Brockton, East Bridgewater, Holbrook, Taunton and Weymouth.
The primary care doctors and specialists at Charles River Medical Associates serve the Metro West area with offices in Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Millis, Marlborough, Natick, Northborough, and Westborough.
Hawthorn Medical Associates provides primary care and specialty services to the South Coast area at their locations in Dartmouth and New Bedford. A brand-new ambulatory surgical center is now under construction.
The primary care physicians and specialists at Pentucket Medical Associates serve the Merrimac Valley area with offices in Haverhill, Georgetown, Methuen, Newburyport, and North Andover.
Other PCHI practices include Burlington Medical Associates, Internists Associated in Needham, Bedford-Lexington Internal Medicine, and Lincoln Physicians.
