Partners HealthCare and its founding hospitals - Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals - recently announced a ten year, $10 million commitment that supports educational opportunities and college completion for young people. This initiative builds on the success of the hospital youth achievement programs already in place at the hospitals, the Student Success Jobs Program (SSJP) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the MGH Bicentennial Scholars at Mass General Hospital.

The initiative will reach at least 400 students and includes annual college scholarships, paid internships, and social and academic supports that will help students interested in careers in science and medicine to enter into and graduate from college.
