Timothy Ferris, MD, Vice President of PHM at Partners, spoke with PBS NewsHour's Paul Solman about what Partners is doing to reduce hospital stays for complex patients and how Partners hospitals and physician practices are shifting how they deliver care to work in the new world of health care financing.
