- CIMIT--CIMIT, the Center for Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technology, is a non-profit consortium of Boston teaching hospitals and engineering schools that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration among world-class experts in medicine, science, and engineering, in concert with industry and government, to improve patient care
- Partners HealthCare Center for Personalized Genetic Medicine – PCPGM promotes genetics and genomics in research and clinical medicine and helps realize the promise of personalized medicine by accelerating the integration of genetic knowledge into clinical care.
- Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside – i2b2 is an NIH-funded National Center for Biomedical Computing based at Partners HealthCare.
