Commuter Services
Discounted parking or MBTA Charlie Cards are available to all trainees. Contact the parking office at each site to determine the applicable rate.

Credit Unions and Banks
Residents and Fellows can choose to open an account at credit unions or local banks:
MGH Campus – Harvard University Employee Credit Union (HUECU)
BWH Campus – Medical Area Federal Credit Union (MAFCU)
There are numerous ATMs on the hospital campuses, including:
A representative from each financial institution will be present at each of the institutional orientations.
Platinum Card: MGH Only
MGH Food Services offers the Platinum Card which can be used in place of cash to purchase food and drink items. Purchases are deducted from the user's monthly paycheck. All Partners and MGH employees are eligible to sign-up for a Platinum Card at the Eat Street Café.

Zipcar offers a convenient, affordable alternative to owning a car.
