GME Institutional Citizen Award
This award will be given every few years to recognize a member of the GME community who has made an unusual contribution to advance the GME mission. Contributions might include serving on committees and task forces, mentoring colleagues, sharing educational tools and resources with other programs, participating in institution or system-wide teaching activities, representing the institution in the larger GME community, etc.
Eligibility: Partners HealthCare faculty, GME staff (program, hospital, or Partners HealthCare), residents and fellows
Criteria: Significant contribution to the Partners HealthCare GME mission, beyond what the individual’s role usually involves; generous contribution of time and effort; substantial impact.
Nominations: Three letters from Partners HealthCare faculty, GME staff, residents and fellows (single or multiple authors)
It was awarded in 2010.
