Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) are for patients who require skilled nursing services and short-term rehabilitation care.
SNFs offer short-term care for those recovering from an illness or injury, as well as long-term care for those who no longer can stay at home. Affiliated with Partners is the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, which is committed to providing innovative, high-quality medical and rehabilitative services.
Families are an integral part of our care program at the Spaulding Network. Families are encouraged to participate actively in all aspects of care, and to be an important component of the interdisciplinary care model.
