  • Manager/Supervisor - Your manager/supervisor can be a great person with whom to discuss your career goals.
  • Human Resource (HR) Professional- Your HR professional may be an excellent resource if you are interested in exploring opportunities at your current institution. He/she may be able to link you with a professional in your field of interest.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - EAP at Partners HealthCare is a workplace-based consultation, short-term counseling, information and referral program for employees and their families.
