For all Partners Employees
In addition to providing counseling and consultations, the EAP is committed to providing you with knowledge and resources to support your well-being. Throughout the year we lead seminars and online trainings on various topics. All employees are encouraged to participate. Please click here to view and register for upcoming workshops. Seminars are free and available to all employees and their immediate household members.
For all Partners Managers
Use of the EAP by managers and employees is always voluntary. The EAP offers manager consultation and training to provide managers with tools for responding to distressed employees in the workplace. Personal challenges occur in all our lives: divorce, family issues, illness, depression, stress, mental illness and sometimes even domestic violence. As a manager, you may find that employees with these concerns are distracted or openly distressed at work. “EAP Manager Training” will provide managers with information and resources to help employees. This training will provide information on managing these difficult situations that may impact an entire workgroup and provide tools on how to best refer employees to the EAP. Please click here to view and register for upcoming Manager Training Seminars.
