Employee Assistance Program
The Partners Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary workplace-based consultation, short-term counseling, information, and referral program for employees and their household members. Professional, licensed EAP counselors provide private, confidential, and safe assistance for all types of work/life, family, or personal concerns.

- Relationship Issues

- Illness and Loss
- Financial Difficulties
- Legal Concerns
- Life Changes
The EAP consultants are licensed professionals, with graduate level training in a variety of mental health disciplines and expertise in issues specific to the workplace.
EAP services include free, confidential consultations, short-term problem-focused counseling, and community referrals for treatment or other assistance. We serve as a liaison between the workplace and community resources.
Any employee or member of an employee's household may call during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, to make an appointment or to speak with one of our EAP Counselors. Employees and their household members can make appointments at any of our EAP office locations.
