At Partners Child Care Services, our goal is to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate child care options to the employees of Partners HealthCare.
We appreciate the challenges of finding the right child care for your family. To help, we offer services that include:
- Traditional child care services operated by Partners
- Backup child care services operated by Partners
- Priority enrollment for the children of Partners employees
- In-home backup child care through a contract with Parents in a Pinch
- Resource and referral services through the Partners Employee Assistance Program

The MGH Children's Center serves the children of MGH, BWH, and Partners corporate employees, all Partners hospitals employees, and community. The Children's Quarters at the MGH Institute of Health Professions serves the children of faculty, staff, and students of the Institute, MGH, BWH, and Partners corporate employees, all Partners hospitals employees and the Charlestown community.
The MGH Backup Center serves MGH employees and patients and Partners corporate employees. The BWH Backup Center serves BWH employees and patients. Both Backup Centers provide emergency child care services for children up to 12 years of age.
Priority enrollment for the children of Partners hospitals employees is available at the Children’s Corner at Newton Wellesley Hospital, the North End Children's Center, and McLean Child Care Center.
Parents in a Pinch is a service provided to all benefits-eligible employees who receive their benefits from MGH, BWH, NWH or Partners Corporate.
Resource and Referral Services
A wealth of family resources, information, and assistance is available through the Partners Employee Assistance Program.
