Screening, Interviews and Training
If you are contacted by one of our Staffing Specialists in response to your application, you can expect a phone screen followed by an invitation for an in-person interview at our 101 Merrimac Street office. Bulfinch Temps are employees of Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners HealthCare and receive the same screening as any prospective candidate. This means that an offer for employment is contingent upon favorable reference and background checks. Prior to your first day of employment, you'll also be required to complete additional paperwork and training as well as complete an Occupational Health Screening to verify current immunization records.
Matching You to Assignments
The Staffing Specialist who interviews you will ask you questions about your skills and your preferences regarding temporary assignments. A profile is then created which will be used to match you to suitable temporary assignments as they arise. The more flexible you are, the more opportunities you will have! Partners is a large and multifaceted organization, so the opportunities for challenging and interesting assignments are many.
