When you join the Bulfinch Temporary Service – a provider of temporary employment services across Partners HealthCare–you will receive orientation and educational resources that will allow you to seamlessly fill needs at our hospitals. And while our opportunities offer all the variety and flexibility of temporary work, Bulfinch temporary assignments are also an outstanding way to gain experience in health care and position yourself for future full-time employment at any of the Partners hospitals and affiliates. In fact, when a Bulfinch Temp is hired into a full-time role, their time as a Bulfinch Temp counts towards their eligibility for certain benefits.
Bulfinch Temporary Service is a department of Massachusetts General Hospital that serves temporary staffing needs at Partners HealthCare hospitals.
Bulfinch offers temporary assignments for individuals with a variety of skill sets including:
- Allied Health/Technician (phlebotomist, medical assistant, EKG tech)
- Ambulatory RN
- General Clerical/Office Support
- General Service (patient transport, materials handler, food service, environmental services aide)
- Medical Assistant
- Patient Care Observer
- Research Assistant
- Shuttle Driver and Transportation Associate
- Staff Assistant/Medical Secretary
