Partners eCare Open Positions
Partners HealthCare is currently ramping up the hiring process for positions related to Partners eCare, Partners’ new system-wide, next-generation clinical, research, and administrative information system. This system will be used at all of our hospitals and research labs, as well as in non-clinical areas of our system to coordinate care, improve communication between caregivers and patients, and streamline billing. Earlier this year, Partners signed a contract with Epic to adapt their software for use across Partners.

Administrative Assistant to the Clinician Team: Job ID 2236982
The Administrative Secretary/Staff Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective day–to-day functioning of the Partners eCare Clinician Team.
Applications Coordinator- Ambulatory: Job ID 2240474
The Application Coordinator reports directly to the Application Manager within the Ambulatory, or Application team; s/he is part of a team dedicated to configuring, building, testing and activating the assigned application database. Minimum of five years experience required.

The Application Coordinator reports directly to the Application Manager within the Ambulatory, or Application team; s/he is part of a team dedicated to configuring, building, testing and activating the assigned application database. Minimum of three years experience required.
Applications Coordinator- Home Health: Job ID 2237073
The Home Health Application Coordinator reports directly to the Home Health Application Manager within the Ambulatory Application teams; s/he is part of a team dedicated to configuring, building, testing and activating the assigned application database. Other applications include Emergency, Clinical Documentation, Obstetrics, CPOE/eMar, Inpatient Pharmacy, Oncology, HIM, OR, Anesthesia, Radiology.
Clinical Content Coordinator: Job ID 2237207
The Clinical Content Coordinator position will support the Clinical Content Team in the development of the clinical content management approach, planning, and execution of the plan. The Clinical Content Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the efforts to assess current state, identify customer requirements, identify gaps and define the future state and/or business solution for the clinical content of Partners eCare.
Clinical Content Pharmacist: Job ID 2240798
The Clinical Content Pharmacist is responsible for leading, participating in and moderating the development, standardization, coordination, maintenance and archiving of clinical content for Partners eCare in conjunction with other members of the Clinical Content Team.
Clinical Content Project Manager: Job ID 2237208
The Clinical Content Project Manager is responsible for managing activities related to clinical content lifecycle including analysis, development, maintenance and tracking for Partners eCare. The Project Manager collaborates with the Partners eCare design, build and implementation teams to develop and oversee completion of project plans and schedules, and tracks the progress of content development and build.
Clinical Deployment Co-Director: Job ID 2235190
The Partners eCare Site Clinician Deployment Director is responsible for the clinical leadership and oversight in defining a strategy, approach and plan for clinical deployment for the Partners eCare Program. The Clinician Deployment Director is responsible for promoting clinician engagement and adoption and serves as the primary point of contact for Partners eCare clinician deployment.
Clinical Device Associate Director: Job ID 2238969
The Partners eCare Clinical Device Associate Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight of the selection of standardized end-user devices and biomedical device integration for the Partners eCare Program. The Clinical Device Associate Director and the Clinical Device Director are the lead clinical advisors related to end-user device selection and the determination regarding which software applications will be packaged together for end-users.
Clinical Process Redesign Program Manager: Job ID 2238287
The Clinical Process Redesign Program Manager is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of clinical process redesign activities for Partners eCare. The Program Manager collaborates with existing redesign and improvement teams across Partners and helps to support integration of the work of these teams with the Partners eCare program.
Clinical Process Redesign Specialist: Job ID 2238285
The Clinical Process Redesign Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on process redesign and performance improvement activities. The Clinical Process Redesign Specialist applies knowledge of performance improvement principles to inform process redesign and completes specific tasks and deliverables as documented in the project plan.
Clinical Programs and Services Coordinator: Job ID 2238283
The Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services Coordinator will assist in the coordination, collaboration and execution of non Epic clinical application current and future strategies through the assessment and planning of the approach to filling/supporting application needs not met with an Epic offering.
Clinician Assistant Director: Job ID 2239453
The Clinician Assistant Director supports the day to day execution of the clinician-facing Partners eCare activities. The Clinician Assistant Director supports activities for the Clinician Team and the Clinician Councils.
Conversion Coordinator (615): Job ID 2232489
Conversion Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of a conversion process for all systems supplying data to Partners eCare. This will include detailed analysis of data needs in the Partners eCare system and the further analysis of data in entity based legacy and/or existing enterprise systems.
Conversion Coordinator (625): Job ID 2235316
The Conversion Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of a conversion process for all systems supplying data to Partners eCare. This will include detailed analysis of data needs in the Partners eCare system and the further analysis of data in entity based legacy and/or existing enterprise systems.
Integration Coordinator (615): Job ID 2239760
The Clinical Functional Integration Coordinator is responsible identifying, designing, developing, testing, implementing, managing and supporting integration points between Partner’s eCare and other solutions that must communicate with the EMR.
Integration Coordinator (625): Job ID 2239733
The Clinical Functional Integration Coordinator is responsible identifying, designing, developing, testing, implementing, managing and supporting integration points between Partner’s eCare and other solutions that must communicate with the EMR.
Project Analyst: Job ID 2239764
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assist with project coordination and logistics; complete meeting minutes, manage program documents, help develop project plans, timelines, statuses and special projects as needed.
Security Manager: Job ID 2239314
The Partners eCare Security Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Security team. S/He will monitor Partners eCare compliance with Partners HealthCare Systems Security and Confidentiality policies through collaboration with the Partners eCare Privacy Director, Partners Chief Information Security Officer, and Partners eCare technical, application and clinical teams.
