NSMC Improves Patient Safety with New PICC Placement Technology

North Shore Medical Center is rolling out the use of a new electrocardiogram (EKG) guidance technology to place Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCs). The hospital is the first in New England to use the system.
