The list of National Top Workplaces is based solely on employee feedback from 805 companies surveyed with more than 1,000 employees across the 30 regional Top Workplaces programs. This included survey responses from more than half a million employees.
"Our employees are the reason we are able to provide excellent health care to our patients, make groundbreaking research discoveries, support the public health needs of our communities, and educate the next generation of medical professionals,” said Gary Gottlieb, MD, President and CEO of Partners HealthCare. "Partners takes pride in creating an environment in which our employees can thrive and enjoy the work they do. We are honored to receive this national recognition.”
The list is published by WorkplaceDynamics of Exton, PA. WorkplaceDynamics are experts in organizational health and conduct more than 4,000 company surveys each year.
