The Kraft Center for Community Health is celebrating the recent launch of its new website, www.kraftcommunityhealth.org.
The Kraft Center for Community Health, established at Partners HealthCare in 2011 by a generous gift from the Kraft family, aims to develop clinician-leaders that are committed to careers in community-based care in order to expand access to high quality, cost effective health care for underserved populations.
In July, the Kraft Center welcomed its first classes of Kraft Center Fellows and Practitioners. These talented physicians and nurses will work at community health centers in the Greater Boston area for a two-year period while also participating in a range of formal and informal learning experiences related to health care in a community setting.
Physicians interested in becoming a Kraft Center Fellow can find more information here.
