ACCESS PROGRAM
The Access Program helps physicians
access specialists at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts
General Hospital and facilitates follow-up with patients and
referring practicitioners.
HIGH PERFORMANCE MEDICINE QUALITY REPORT CARD
The High Performance Medicine Quality Report Card reports data for Partners HealthCare member institutions for a number of key quality, safety, and efficiency measures. The Report Card shares our progress in the High Performance Medicine initiatives and demonstrates the value to both patients and caregivers of coordinating care across Partners.
MD CONNECT PROGRAM
MD Connect
provides around-the-clock, inpatient transfer and transport
of critical care patients to Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts
General Hospitals. The service also transfers non-critical
care patients between these two hospitals.
ON-LINE SPECIALTY CONSULTATIONS
Partners
Online Specialty Consultations provides on-line health
care consultation services. Physicians, in conjunction with
their patients, may access the expertise of physicians at
Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital
and Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare.
PARTNERS NEONATOLOGY GROUP
Partners Neonatology
Group is dedicated to coordinating and delivering the
best care for newborns and their families. Our staff, special
care nurseries, and newborn intensive care units are located
at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, MassGeneral Hospital
for Children, Newton-Wellesley Hospital and North Shore Medical
Center.

The Physician Referral
Service can assist you in finding a primary care or specialty
